Our Organisation: Looping the Loop CIC is on a mission to make live performance available to everyone in Thanet. We programme nationally acclaimed shows, run participatory workshops and create live events in unexpected spaces across the Isle.

The Job: We are looking for an Outreach Director to join us 1 day a week in this pivotal role within the company.
You will focus on developing a model outreach strategy for LTL and testing this within the On Your Doorstep Projects in Margate and Ramsgate, developing and sustaining positive relationships with a range of people, identifying local people who may benefit from taking part in LTL activities and supporting the delivery and analysis of community-based qualitative action research.
We are looking for a creative individual with outstanding people skills. You will be reliable, open and responsive. You will be confident in leading co-creating processes with people who may never have tried theatre before.
LTL actively seeks to recruit individuals from less well-represented groups in the arts; this includes those from working class backgrounds,black and minority ethnic, deaf & disabled and LGBTQI+ communities.
